Sumatra lovers, behold a delicious Nicaraguan blend by Luciano Meirelles and Eradio Pichardo who bring forth Fiat Lux, which translates to “let there be light” from Latin. This expression was common during the Enlightenment, and evidently Ace Primer believes the Intellectual Enlightenment of the Cigar Industry is currently ongoing and are not shy about being a part of it. Fiat Lux is part of the Luciano line, and can be almost described as a series of experiences within one premium cigar; bringing to life loads of flavor with only a fraction of the strength, Fiat Lux’s flavor profile resembles a visit to your local bakery, smooth, buttery flavors kick off the start of the smoke and evolve slowly into sweet sugary notes and end with baked dough flavors to top it off.
It’s interesting to see an award-winning cigar factory shift their attention to developing products closer to their molding and succeed. Luciano Meirelles and Don Eradio Pichardo have been doing great work in their Tabacalera Pichardo factory operations in Nicaragua and this high-priming Ecuadorian Sumatra-covered cigar is a testament to that unique blending.

Cigar Notes:
This flavorful cigar was released during the PCA convention & trade show in the summer of 2021, joining the Luciano Line and subsequently being joined by the Sergeant cigar and other Pichardo Cigar extensions. The cigar is offered in four different sizes, including a toro gordo and a robusto gordo, but the robusto is our favorite cigar out of the lineup.
