Description
Casa 1910 has taken the ultra premium cigar market by storm. Last year they introduced one blend in a single size offering, making a poignant first impression that can only hoist the already-towering expectations. The Mexican cigar collective has backed up Cuchillo Parado with a quadruple release including two lines and four total blends. Amongst the new releases we find As de Oro, part of the Cavalry Edition Series, a Nicaraguan-made cigar that includes seven different tobaccos.
As de Oro is covered by a delectable Ecuador Habano Wrapper that resembles the perfect light-brown hues in a milk chocolate bar, covering an ideal combination of Mexican San Andres binder and Nicaraguan fillers. The result is a harmonious compound of flavors and nuances, from warm cocoa notes stemming from the Mexican binder, complimented by hazelnut, maple (wood), earthy tones, and hints of leather.
