Espinosa’s 601 Blue Label Maduro is a boxed pressed version of the 601 Series. This variant features an oily Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper and a blend of aged Nicaraguan filler and binder tobaccos. This full-bodied, hand-rolled cigar has a well-balanced flavor of sweet tobacco, which is complemented with a captivating aroma.
The flavor profile begins with mocha, a coffee-and-chocolate fusion, dried fruit and natural tobacco, black pepper, cedar, and earth notes. The cigar shifts to a more constant profile of black coffee and earthy notes in the second half, with ripe sweetness, pepper, and cedar playing a more supportive role.
Despite the spicy undertones, the 601 Blue Label Maduro is exceptionally smooth, thanks to a masterful blend of sweet and spicy taste and aroma.
