Without further ado: LYKOS MADURO.
In Greek mythology, Lycus or Lykos meant WOLF, who happened to be a ruler of the ancient city of Ancient Thebes (Boeotia). While our inspiration in Greek culture will be masked to the core, the essence of our inspirations through these concepts is the embodiment of concepts that aim to visually break ground in our disruptive niche, while backing it up with a top-caliber product that sacrifices no component to attain the desired results. In Lykos Maduro, you will find a muse that was molded into both our preferences and the micro-blend series feedback. A cigar made by our good friend Hostos Fernandez at Tabacalera La Isla with care and attention to detail, achieving an incredibly complex blend with a bold presence in the mouthfeel, yielding flavors of coffee roast, dark chocolate, dried fruits, nut-meg spice in the back palate, and wood-flavored undertones.
Following up to our latest release, we hereby present….LYKOS HABANO
Under the same branding we’ve entrapped the mythological origins, we find ourselves upon the evolution of Lykos Maduro towards a completely different blend and dissimilar vitola. Lykos Habano is nothing short of spectacular, following the footsteps of the Maduro’s impactful first impression. Correspondingly produced at Tabacalera La Isla in the Dominican Republic, LH dispenses itself on the palate unpretentiously in a Robusto format, reaching an extremely flavorful profile. A deep body and bouquet of different flavors are led by an overwhelmingly floral and slightly earthy base, complimented by oscillating sweet notes such as honey and vanilla bean, ultimately swaddled by some mild white pepper.
