SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Cigar Yard ships orders received the following business day excluding major holidays, or as soon as products are available. Product may ship via different carriers and will be priced depending on the service or special promotions. Free shipments will be noted as such and delivery addresses must accept packages from USPS.
Orders from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may incur in extra charges for shipping and delivery may take longer than expected. We do not ship to South Dakota or Utah.
Hazardous items must ship through ground, and oversized orders may take longer than expected.
Please notify us if you will be making multiple purchases in order for us to arrange shipment of items together.
We are required to collect sales tax in various states, which will be reflected in your total price to pay. Sales tax outside of these states are responsibility of the purchaser. Some States require purchasers to file tax returns reporting all taxable purchasers not taxed, including all products found in our website. There are some States we do not ship to due to regulations and corporate discretion. Disclaimer: If a particular tax is not displayed in checkout, the buyer may be responsible for declaring and reimbursing the indicated collecting agency.

Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund and arrange a return for your purchase within one week of reception, (restrictions apply). Product must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in. If you receive a damaged package, please provide pictures prior to opening it.
